This purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to display the purchased print for your personal, non-commercial use. 

  • Prohibited Use of Artwork Images: Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any artwork images or other content from this Site for any purpose, including commercial use. This includes using images for personal promotion, reselling the image in any form, or posting high-resolution images online. 

  • Reporting Infringement: You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute our artwork in any way that violates copyright. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated by Smart Studios LLC, please contact us at [Your Contact Email]. 

3. Product Orders and Availability 

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. 

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. 

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund. 

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and process a refund. 

4. Payment and Billing

  • Conditions for Return: Returned prints must be in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@smartstudios.art to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
